When you are filled with the joy of the Lord, it overflows to everyone around you. This is not forced happiness or denial of reality but authentic delight in God's goodness and presence. Jesus offered His joy to His disciples and offers it to us. Scripture teaches that His joy becomes our joy, that our joy is completed through connection with Him. When you experience full joy—rooted in faith, grounded in God's presence, shared with others—it naturally overflows. You become a source of joy to those around you. People are drawn to joy. Your overflowing joy testifies to the reality of God's goodness. This is transformative.

God, fill me with Your joy. Let it overflow from me to everyone I encounter. Help me to be a source of delight and encouragement. Help my joy to be contagious and restorative. Help me to overflow with gratitude for Your goodness.
