September Begins: New Season
Transition & New Beginnings
Scripture
Isaiah 43:19
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
Devotion
September marks a transition. Summer's heat fades, fall arrives, school begins, routines shift. Scripture teaches that God is always doing something new. When seasons change, when chapters close and new ones open, God is at work. Your life is not static repetition but a series of new things God is doing. What is the new thing emerging in your life now? Pay attention. Something is springing up. God is making a way.
Today’s Step
What is new about September in your life? What transition are you experiencing? How is God making a way in this change?
Prayer
God, help me to perceive the new thing You are doing in my life. Help me to embrace this season's transition. Help me to trust Your way even in the wilderness. Help me to step into what You are creating.
