Trust Renewed
Faith & Hope
Scripture
Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
Devotion
October requires trust. The path is less clear. Comfort is less available. Yet God is present. Scripture teaches trust that moves beyond understanding. You do not have to see the entire path. You only have to trust God in this step. In October, practice trust. Lean on God, not on your own sight or understanding.
Today’s Step
Where can you trust God more completely? Where are you trying to control what you cannot?
Prayer
God, help me to trust. Help me to surrender control. Help me to believe You see what I cannot.
