Stillness allows clarity to emerge. When you are always moving, always distracted, your mind cannot settle enough to think deeply. But in stillness, when you quiet the mental chatter, perspective becomes clear. Problems that seemed unsolvable gain solutions. Confusion settles into understanding. Scripture teaches that we need counsel and reflection to make good decisions. Stillness is where reflection happens. Make space for it daily. Let clarity emerge naturally from silence.

Prayer
God, help me to still my mind enough to think clearly. Help me to gain perspective in silence. Help me to hear wisdom in the quiet. Give me clarity about the decisions I face.
