Devotion
True leadership is service. When you have influence—in family, work, or community—you can use it to control or to serve. Scripture teaches that leaders are to be examples, not dictators. Leadership is not about power but about responsibility. It is about lifting others up, enabling others' growth, and using your position for others' benefit. This is revolutionary in a world that measures leadership by dominance. But it is Christ's way. If you have any influence, lead through service. Be an example. Lift others.

Prayer
God, help me to lead with a servant's heart. Help me to not lord authority over others but to lift them up. Help me to be an example of humility and love. Help me to lead as Christ leads.
