Devotion
Fear is often the thing preventing you from moving forward. Fear of failure, rejection, judgment, or unknown. Scripture teaches that God gives us power, love, and a sound mind—not fear. You do not have to be controlled by fear. You can release it. You can face what frightens you with courage. Fear is real, but it does not have to rule you. When you feel afraid, turn to God, remember His power, and choose courage anyway.
Today’s Step
What fear is holding you back? Name it. Then choose to act despite it. Take one courageous step today. Feel the fear and do it anyway.
Prayer
God, help me to release fear. Help me to trust that You give power, not fear. Help me to face what frightens me with courage. Help me to not be controlled by what I fear but to move forward in faith.
