Hebrews 12:1
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”
Devotion
October is month nine of the year. You can see the finish line. Scripture teaches perseverance to the end. Just as a runner does not give up approaching the finish, so you persist toward year's end. You are not finished. The most important work may be ahead. Run with perseverance.
