Courage in Uncertainty
Strength & Endurance
Scripture
Joshua 1:9
“"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."”
Devotion
October brings uncertainty—the season is changing, holidays approach, the year nears its end. Uncertainty can breed fear. Scripture teaches courage in the face of uncertainty. God is with you. You are not alone in what you do not understand. Step forward with courage even when the path is unclear.
Today’s Step
What uncertainty are you facing? Can you be courageous anyway?
Prayer
God, help me to be courageous. Help me to not let uncertainty freeze me. Help me to move forward trusting You.
