April Begins: Growth in Motion
Action & Momentum
Scripture
James 2:26
“As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.”
Devotion
April arrives with energy and motion. You have three months of growth behind you. Now comes the real test: will your growing faith translate into action? Belief without practice is empty, lifeless, powerless. Scripture teaches that faith without deeds is dead. Wisdom is not a theory but a lived reality. This month is about moving from insight to implementation, from knowing to doing. The world does not need more people who believe the right things; it needs people who actually live them. April is your month to let your faith show itself in deeds.
Today’s Step
Where do you believe but not yet act? Choose one area. Today, take one concrete action that demonstrates your faith. Make belief visible through action.
Prayer
God of action, help me to move beyond belief into practice. Help me to not merely think about my faith but to live it daily through service, kindness, and courage. Give me energy and momentum. Let my actions reflect my convictions. Let my faith become visible through what I do.
