Devotion
Authenticity requires courage. To speak truth in love is to be honest about reality while still caring about the other person. You do not have to choose between truth and kindness—the highest love combines both. Scripture teaches that maturity comes through speaking truth in love, grounded in Christ. Telling a comfortable lie is a betrayal; speaking an uncomfortable truth with love is an act of respect. This month, practice truthfulness without harshness. Stand firm in reality while extending grace.

Prayer
God of truth, give me courage to speak honestly. Help me to tell the truth in ways that build up rather than tear down. Help me to be authentic without being cruel, direct without being harsh. Let my words reflect Your truth and Your love in equal measure.
