Quarter Year: Taking Stock
Reflection & Assessment
Scripture
Psalm 139:1-3
“You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways.”
Devotion
One hundred days into the year. A quarter through. God knows you completely—your thoughts, your path, your patterns. This is a moment to reflect honestly. Not with judgment but with loving awareness. How have you grown? Where have you stayed stuck? What has changed? What needs to change? Scripture teaches that self-examination is spiritual discipline—examining yourself before God. This is not about shame but about wise awareness. You cannot change what you do not see.
Today’s Step
Spend 30 minutes in honest reflection. Write down three areas of growth since January and three areas where you're still struggling. No judgment—just seeing.
Prayer
God, thank You for knowing me completely and loving me fully. As I reach this quarter-year mark, help me to see myself as You see me. Help me to recognize my growth without arrogance and my struggles without despair. Help me to commit anew to the journey ahead.
