Devotion
Part of your purpose is to encourage others. Your words, your presence, your belief in others can change their lives. When you encourage someone, when you believe in them, you help them believe in themselves. You become part of their purpose. Who needs encouragement from you? Reach out to them. Be specific about what you see in them. Build them up with genuine, heartfelt words.

God, help me to be an encourager. Help me to see the best in people and to speak it. Help me to build others up. Help my words and presence to contribute to others' purposes.
