Hope Restored
Hope & Resilience
Scripture
Psalm 71:14
“As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.”
Devotion
Hope is the conviction that God is good and that ultimately He will make all things well. It is not optimism (which depends on circumstances) but faith. Scripture teaches that hope can be restored. No matter how far you have fallen, how dark things seem, or how lost you feel, hope is available. Hope is choosing to believe that God's purposes will prevail, that your story is not over, that redemption is possible. Let hope be restored in you.
Today’s Step
What has drained your hope? Identify it. Then deliberately choose hope. Speak hope. Act as if God is good and trustworthy. Let hope be restored.
Prayer
God, restore my hope. Help me to believe that You are good and that ultimately You will make all things well. Help me to not lose hope. Help me to choose hope daily. Help me to praise You in faith.
